Amicable exceptional staff, marvellous location in pretty flower filled bushes. Based adjacent to Costa Rica, which is about 1.5km away, and the surrounding mountains and the valley...
Beds were a bit hard.

I really enjoyed this brand-new hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. I had a warm welcome, lovely staff. Booked standard queen room, that included coffee/tea making machines, a dining area, and a seating area. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. Location: the property was near Costa Rica, Monteverde's, and the city center. It also was in pretty flower filled bushes.

Had a great easter getaway! Loved the handmade decorations and attention to detail by the owners. The towel arrangements with googly eyes were adorable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the handmade jam and traditional gallo pinto. The bed was comfy and the place was one of the cleanest we've stayed at in Costa Rica on a budget. The location was accessible, with a short walk into town and a nearby supermarket for convenience. The owners went above and beyond, helping us with tours and transportation. a fantastic value for a memorable stay.
Be prepared for some strong wind in the area, but it's to be expected being up in the mountains. The wind could make it difficult to fall asleep at times, but temperature regulation was easy with blankets.

Mind-blowing experience! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family by the awesome hosts. The location was perfect, away from the noise but close to town. The convenience of a gas station and store nearby was a plus. The free breakfast was jaw-droppingly delicious, and we loved the shared kitchen where we had great times with other guests. The handmade sewn products were a super find! Great value for money. Absolutely loved every moment here!

I recently stayed at a charming B&B in Costa Rica for my vacation. The warm and friendly staff made me feel like a part of their family. The traditional Costa Rican breakfast included rice with beans, fried banana, scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit – it was absolutely delicious! The B&B also offered free onsite parking, which was a great convenience. If you're looking for an authentic local experience hosted by a welcoming family, this is the place for you. Don't expect a typical hotel setup, but instead enjoy the unique charm of the surroundings.
